Fix Your CC APP

there innumerable complaints on forum , others adobe cc app not staying signed in, randomly signing out , not having basic option remember sign in credentials contemptuous cc engineers of customers use software. if adobe wants run subscription based service fine, subscription system has work , has work flawlessly @ times.

 

when cc app signs out fonts , other resources become instantly unavailable making tedious process of signing in on again necessary. again, shows nothing contempt users of product. if there "make resources available offline" option not aware of such obvious addition again, illustration of little more contempt.

 

for record, delete database fix not work, laughable network configuration settings fix obvious joke , ignored, it's not our router, it's not our lan cables or our internet connection, gfx card or drive speed, memory, other apps or proxy server or little green goblins in computer case. it's app adobe , no amount of chatting on phone flow chart "tech support" people made names going fix it.

 

skype stays logged in, steam stays logged in, every other app in wide world of computers have cracked "stay logged in" trick. response actual adobe engineer explain farce if have courage , conviction stand behind work , cc app piece of software.

these user user forums.  while attention few adobe employees @ times, request response specific type of individual unlikely happen.  if want answers directly adobe should direct attention them rather these forums.  approach of challenging respond in way have (negatively) more win usual "we sorry hear..." response constructive discussion.
