All Mac computers in campus cannot download Adobe Updates

recently, received several complains students said can not download adobe update on mac computer within campus net work, including adobe cc suit , adobe flash player.

 

here have tried:

 

1. download , install adobe flash player on windows computers, success both download , installation.

2. download , install adobe flash player on mac computers, success download package, failure while installing. tried on different mac shows same error message. i attached screenshot below

3. attached screenshot of adobe cc update failure.

 

does mean there 2 different servers mac , windows updates downloading ? why there no problem on windows error on mac?

 

what adobe update server address , ports mac update? check on firewall rules again, did several times.

for installing flash player, request post query on installing flash player, if that's priority may move discussion installing flash player convenience.

 

you may try troubleshoot adobe creative cloud install issues log files , let know if need further assistance creative cloud applications here.

After Effects: could not find dvaeve_dialogs.txt

hello,   i getting error message when trying launch application:   after effects warning: file 'c:\program files\adobe\adobe after effects cs6 \supportfiles\dvaeve_dialogs.txt' not found.   the application working fine without issues until today. there has been no system changes on computer either.   any ideas on how resolve issue?   thank reinstall prgram.   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe

i trying re-install adobe illustrator cs6 on new machine users old machine being retired. when enter serial no invalid message. i work ministry of transportation, ontario , purchased volume licensing. make things better, original person deployed doesn't work here anymore. have following if needed:   order number end user purchase number reseller purchase order number agreement number   please help chris for licencing issues have contact adobe support directly no 1 in forum can or here.
