trying to install PS6

i'm trying install ps6 , error message installation has failed. trying re-install on system had windows re-installed wonder if license not freed , i'm getting , error because of adobe thinks licensed installations used up

usually error number of activations of software license generate targeted message along lines of "maximum activations exceeded".

 

it may uninstall software, clean system using the adobe creative cloud cleaner tool solve installation problems , reinstall. make sure reinstall disk or download, since migrating adobe software typically doesn't work properly.

 

if doesn't fix things, please provide more information can better pinpoint issue. specific wording of error message received? post screenshot if possible. also, version of windows using?

After Effects: could not find dvaeve_dialogs.txt

hello,   i getting error message when trying launch application:   after effects warning: file 'c:\program files\adobe\adobe after effects cs6 \supportfiles\dvaeve_dialogs.txt' not found.   the application working fine without issues until today. there has been no system changes on computer either.   any ideas on how resolve issue?   thank reinstall prgram.   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
