Spacing between multiple text boxes pending the leading

hello, think i'm more or less on right track how want lay out design, have question regarding how text boxes vertically spaced. here document:

 

 

i want text wrap png of floor plan have inserted. when text gets close edge of png, text goes on next line. achieve effect (not sure if effective method) created new text box create new alignment clicking red plus box @ end of box text continues. novice here.

 

my concern spacing between each of these boxes pending leading of entirety of text. leading set @ 26 pt, i've manually spaced second , third text boxes match overall leading.

 

if change leading, have manually adjust box spacing again.

 

is right/only way go looking achieve? in advance.

you have easier time if keep text in same text frame, apply text wrap image, text flow around way like.   

for spacing between paragraphs, there paragraph setting takes care of that.
