Losing hyperlinks in converted visio file

i'm using acrobat pro dc convert large visio file, problem once converted of hyperlinks no longer working. have idea how stop happening?

is possible may share source or sample visio file us, exhibits behavior? reproduce behavior in-house.

if yes, let know exact version of ms office/visio , acrobat version installed. check acrobat version installed. launch acrobat. click on menu > adobe acrobat.
