cannot install flash player 21 on mac os 10.11.4 el capitan. safari version 9.1 (11601.5.17.1). have tried multiple times. i unfortunately signed 2 apps 2 different email accounts.  created havoc having re-sign in when changed apps.  solution deactivate 1 of email accounts, have decided use deactivated account.  result chat session was impossible use deactivated account because can't log-in it, still prevented me changing account id it.  furthermore, deactivated account cannot deleted.  so, can't change adobe id, can;t cancel subscription, has undesired email, , re-subscribe deactivated email account.  when stated felt flaw in adobe system, rep played "you agreed terms , conditions" card, implying requesting prohibited t&cs, contain no mention of issue.  believe rep didn't have sufficient privileges change flag on deactivated account , wouldn't elevate issue did.  plan wait until time renew subscription , give adobe option of re-activating email account can renew desired email or losing had been loyal customer.    does have suggestions? hi we have web application secured client certificate , have access application using phonegap. the idea is, devices have access web application, certificate (*.pfx) installed. when calling web application browser, user can choose installed certificate/profile device , web application can accessed, doesn't work on phonegap. is there solution how use client certificates on phonegap? what's use-case limiting access in way?   personally, i'd use certificate work on mobile devices trusted ca ( letsencrypt.org free!). user doesn't have install certificate in order access app. if need additional controls, use authentication. i shoot in hd older hv20 puts out mpeg wrapped captured files play directly on wdtv live streamer no editing. edit , make blu-rays on occasion (although encore not supported adobe, optical disks of kind no longer made in adobe products).   anyway moving new camcorder either new panansonic or sony top consumer unit 4k.  shoot in 1080p while or shoot in 4k , transcode 1080p casual viewing.  question.   the sony fdr-ax53 shoots 4k in xavc-s researched , see older posts created issues in premiere pro , assume in ame. are these resolved , how pleasant cropping , quality of "brute-force" transcode of 4k xavc-s 1080p format (could .mpeg/mpeg4, .mov/h.264, whatever streamer likes)?  assume must "crop" , in cases not editing, running video through ame.  or of course shoot directly in 1080p while until move 4k won't have "raw" 4k files potential future use.   the panasonic hc-wxf991k strictly mp4 , avchd format little more standard. still have same question...if...

double clicking comp in time line cause beach ball lock 30-60sec. using any other metho d navigate between precomps will load precomp instantly (such tab menu, right click menu, etc). even nothing in precomp, double clicking cause beach ball.     ae 14.7.2.3 osx 10.10.5 yosemite 2.7ghz 12 core 64 gb ram amd firepro     cleared cache restarted working local, no network tried on fresh precomp, same thing that's odd. don't have machine yosemite test, el capitan machine (running same version of ae) isn't having problem. have other computers can test with? i made fillable pdf in adobe acrobat pro dc. looks fine on original version, when upload onto media library of our website (i know website works on wordpress platform, ends knowledge of it), adds 1 random comment symbol. have no evidence exists on original, both in don't see symbol, , when open comments panel isn't there. since don't see on original don't know how rid of it! have tried saving else, , re-uploading it, still there. other ideas?
