PDF files shows correctly in Chrome/IE, blank in Adobe Reader/Acrobat

hi guys,

 

could please advise on issue below?

 

one of users has issue pdf files. when opens chrome or ie shows correctly. when file downloaded , tries open adobe reader xi or adobe acrobat 9.55 file shows empty.

 

i tried solve issue changing internet speed in settings lan did not helped.

 

the funny thing is, whenever change in properties, content shows up. when close reader , open file again blank again setting saved.

 

i can change else , shows again correctly.

***just small update part. when change settings shows up, top part of pdf cut off***

 

 

i tested on adobe reader , issue same.

 

if have questions may solve issue, please ask.

please let know exact dot version of acrobat/reader , os on experiencing issue.

is issue occurs particular pdf?

if yes,  please share pdf , link have downloaded us.

Sizing images of multiple resolutions for print on a page of one resolution

this may basic photoshop question betrays lack of experience digital workspace, i'd know how lay out multiple images of varying resolutions on 300 ppi page intended print.   say have 3 images: 1 300 ppi, 3 x 4 inches,  4 x 5 inches, 900 ppi , third 4 x 5 inches, 600 ppi.   i've created single page 300 ppi, 8 x 10 inches. images fit, physical size. when drop 600 ppi , 900 ppi images page, blow twice , 3 times space, spoiling efforts lay them out. similarly, if cut ppi on higher-ppi images 300, blow well.   the possible option see might work resample/bicubic automatic. wouldn't reduce quality of image?   thanks! an image file single file no matter how many layers , images , image sizes  in there 1 resolution 1 resolution layers  , images have same resolution setting current resolution set document or file.   you can process image file , save out files have different resolution , different image size open image.  batch using photoshop  im...

Illustrator cs6 "Invalid Serial Number"

i trying re-install adobe illustrator cs6 on new machine users old machine being retired. when enter serial no invalid message. i work ministry of transportation, ontario , purchased volume licensing. make things better, original person deployed doesn't work here anymore. have following if needed:   order number end user purchase number reseller purchase order number agreement number   please help chris for licencing issues have contact adobe support directly no 1 in forum can or here.
