Cannot install Flash Player 21 on Mac OS 10.11.4 El Capitan

cannot install flash player 21 on mac os 10.11.4 el capitan. safari version 9.1 (11601.5.17.1). have tried multiple times. "disk" downloads, can double-click on image, , shows install folder, , can double click on enclosed image, , that's process stops. having checked forum, sounds many other mac el capitan users experiencing same problem. please help! quickly!!  [p]

try installing after restart no other programs open. worked me.

 

you may have try "safe" restart.  --- hold shift key down when restarting.

Sizing images of multiple resolutions for print on a page of one resolution

this may basic photoshop question betrays lack of experience digital workspace, i'd know how lay out multiple images of varying resolutions on 300 ppi page intended print.   say have 3 images: 1 300 ppi, 3 x 4 inches,  4 x 5 inches, 900 ppi , third 4 x 5 inches, 600 ppi.   i've created single page 300 ppi, 8 x 10 inches. images fit, physical size. when drop 600 ppi , 900 ppi images page, blow twice , 3 times space, spoiling efforts lay them out. similarly, if cut ppi on higher-ppi images 300, blow well.   the possible option see might work resample/bicubic automatic. wouldn't reduce quality of image?   thanks! an image file single file no matter how many layers , images , image sizes  in there 1 resolution 1 resolution layers  , images have same resolution setting current resolution set document or file.   you can process image file , save out files have different resolution , different image size open image.  batch using photoshop  im...
