anyone else have problem? have department wide letterhead template (ms word 2010) header , footer , when converted pdf using acrobat pro xi (v11.0.13.17), footer ends @ top of reading order list. anyway stop happening?
hi matthew, when refer reading order, looking in content pane, z-order pane, or tags pane - or maybe somewhere else? tags pane provides reading order assistive technology (at). general rule repeating footers should marked background artifacts, not appear in tags pane , ignored at. in experience conversion word pdf better job other times, there amount of manual fix-ups achieve accessible pdf.
