Creative cloud not updating

i have installed newest version today, took hours, of creative cloud.  few times, click 'update all' , start on photoshop, , show others waiting.   i'd step away, working, when i'd come @ home cc , showing needed updated, i'd done nothing.

i went through several times, 4% revert apps home screen.

 

now, can open cc, when click update or of updates buttons, nothing happens.  if click sprocket, nothing happens.  can click other assets, stock or community tabs , change.

 

i've relaunched few time, in state won't if click update button.

 

i @ loss.

 

i've looked through here, didn't find work me.  , didn't understand of either, must add.
