Iphone picture uploading problems

when connect iphone 6 computer upload pictures adobe elements (using 14.0.0) - program picks of pictures skip 1 or two.  past time there approximately 30 pictures wouldn't pick "new" phone.  tried reconnecting phone again see if pick missing pictures says there no new pictures.  there type of picture elements won't detect?  i've been taking pictures iphone should same format.  have noticed program skips couple pictures first time has been significant number , makes me concern there lots of pictures aren't getting saved computer.  hoping there way manually see pictures on iphone , select "missing ones" import have not been able find way.  seems find new pictures have been/should have been imported before.  purchased program @ christmas , disappointed if program isn't more reliable.  help!

Sizing images of multiple resolutions for print on a page of one resolution

this may basic photoshop question betrays lack of experience digital workspace, i'd know how lay out multiple images of varying resolutions on 300 ppi page intended print.   say have 3 images: 1 300 ppi, 3 x 4 inches,  4 x 5 inches, 900 ppi , third 4 x 5 inches, 600 ppi.   i've created single page 300 ppi, 8 x 10 inches. images fit, physical size. when drop 600 ppi , 900 ppi images page, blow twice , 3 times space, spoiling efforts lay them out. similarly, if cut ppi on higher-ppi images 300, blow well.   the possible option see might work resample/bicubic automatic. wouldn't reduce quality of image?   thanks! an image file single file no matter how many layers , images , image sizes  in there 1 resolution 1 resolution layers  , images have same resolution setting current resolution set document or file.   you can process image file , save out files have different resolution , different image size open image.  batch using photoshop  im...
