Downloaded Photoshop Element 9 on Macbook Pro. application called '' Install '' doesn't work.

hello , downloaded photoshop element 9 on macbook pro. not know why, when click on application called '' install ' ' , same application sends me this: " " install " damaged , can not ouvert shoulds eject disk image." .
can me?

if mac el capitan read below

cs6 , earlier programs have not been tested , not updated run on mac el capitan

-which means try use cs6 , earlier @ risk of having problems

Sizing images of multiple resolutions for print on a page of one resolution

this may basic photoshop question betrays lack of experience digital workspace, i'd know how lay out multiple images of varying resolutions on 300 ppi page intended print.   say have 3 images: 1 300 ppi, 3 x 4 inches,  4 x 5 inches, 900 ppi , third 4 x 5 inches, 600 ppi.   i've created single page 300 ppi, 8 x 10 inches. images fit, physical size. when drop 600 ppi , 900 ppi images page, blow twice , 3 times space, spoiling efforts lay them out. similarly, if cut ppi on higher-ppi images 300, blow well.   the possible option see might work resample/bicubic automatic. wouldn't reduce quality of image?   thanks! an image file single file no matter how many layers , images , image sizes  in there 1 resolution 1 resolution layers  , images have same resolution setting current resolution set document or file.   you can process image file , save out files have different resolution , different image size open image.  batch using photoshop  im...
