Saving PDF

why can't save pdf files sent me via web computer?  allows me save cloud location, neither have, don't trust, , never want do.  bought laptop have files when , need them.

 

this frustrating!

could please share screen shot of dialog box ,after click on save under file tab?

ideally should not happen.

have downloaded file machine or directly trying save web?
