i'm using photoshop cs6 on work computer , it's not recognizing new font download. i've tried troubleshooting on own doing number of things including clearing mac's system font cache, updating photoshop , other adobe applications through adobe bridge, turning off font preview in photoshop, removing invalid fonts/checking fonts valid in font book, , restarting computer/the software. last thing i've found try manually inserting fonts ~/library/application_support/adobe/fonts, can't seem find folder, ones can find ~/library/application_support/adobe/fontsrecommended , ~/library/application_support/adobe/fontsrequired. hi   in font menu, can filter show typekit fonts. make sure "tk" icon not selected see fonts.   another thing check font manager may have. have extensis suitcase (best update it) , caused font problems photoshop. if have font manager if can disable , see if makes difference.   pierre More discussions in Photoshop adobe

hello all,   working on pc windows 7 , adobe cc.    when create graphics clients, use .eps files.  use them in ae can scale them cleanly , animate them.  i've worked hundreds of .eps files in ae no issue. i'm not sure issue .eps file.  after trying other successful .eps images in same ae project, work fine.  file.  full disclosure:  know little ai, specific guidance appreciated.  have .eps file transparent in ai...first image.     i create layers want work , when drag them ae, white background.  full logo above shows other layers below, it's not on screen...second image.     i'm @ loss why happening.  can shed light on me?  i'm thinking it's simple, don't know program , not find posts specific issue.   thanks reading , guidance offered.   todd eps files not support transparency. hello! i'm running premiere pro cc 2015 version 9.2.0 (41) build on os x el capitan (10.11). i'm editing on macbook pro 15" 2012 2.3ghz w/ 650m gpu.   when have mercury playback engine running in gpu mode program screen glitches out , unable display video. happens when timeline paused / not scrubbing. when timeline running video displays without issue. when mercury playback in software mode there no issue program window.   i've taken project , opened on windows 10 workstation nvidia gtx 970 w/o issues. if know causing (i.e. bad drivers, configuration, etc) please let me know! thank you.   (gpu playback enabled) (software playback enabled) my guess - pc - update latest version of el capitan. somehow when installed ade, authorized old adobe id, associated email no longer have. after wasting @ least hour support, insisted old email not associated adobe id, ade using , trying send verification emails it. cannot deauthorize account unless verification email, , can't because it's being sent account no longer have. when downloaded book ade , transferred nook, nook said unauthorized user, guess associated new adobe id? couldn't download book ade on laptop, not authorized @ all, because said had been downloaded user (presumably user associated old adobe id). mess , adobe absolutely no , insisted can here. beyond frustrated. have ideas? if ebook authoirze other or old mail adress can read mail adress. have not access adobe id can ask reseller if new download can linked current adobe id. hallo,   ich habe den ganzen tag schon alles mögliche ausprobiert, aber leider komme ich nicht weiter.... als erstes os x el capitan 10.11.4 indesign, photoshop usw über adobe cc alles upgedated   gestern lief alles noch 1a. heute: finder: zeigt keine unterordner mehr... oder aber erst nach mehrmaligem hin und erschein immer ein unterordner mehr... indesign (komplette cc ?): dokumente lassen sich nicht mehr abspeichern nur mit glück funktioniert ein absolut neues dokument evtl 1 zu speichern aber da happerts dann auch schon mein mit einer fehlermeldung das ich das doc nicht benennenden darf..   auch diese fehlermeldung kommt häufig   alte dokumente öffnen kann ich leider auch nicht mehr.   ach ja nochmal zum finder problem.... der steht sogar manchmal unter sofort beenden 2 mal drin....     was ich schon ausprobiert habe. natürlich das festplattendienstprogramm, neu gestartet, rumprobiert  und man sonst macht wenn all...

ok, i've found scanning in landscape direction leads having sideways print. started scanning portrait standpoint. had thought fix, here's new problem; have customers send me pdf's constantly. i've asked if scan sideways, have 1 option scan. every scan receive appears portrait, when go print comes out 90 degrees clockwise. when view these page in "organize pages", predetermined 90 degrees clockwise. how can make issue stop , come in right side up? of course, can rotate these pages after/before printing, i'm sure can see why pain in *** when receiving 100's of files day. free version of pdf reader/viewer did not this. adobe acrobat pro dc , want order before free trial runs out, if cannot fixed i'm not sure worth it. there permanent fix or free version alternative? we have similar problem , work around has been rotate files in acrobat, save postscript , open in distiller. don't think want 100's day, maybe else has solution. hi there everyone,   i working on logo in have made 2 different 3d elements need in same layers panel merge them. how can elements in same panel? have tried drag , drop , not working, missing here?   thanks,   rchjr by 2 different  layers mean 2 different documents , mean 3d element not 3 day elements.   to merge 3d layers need same document. in 1 document highlight  layers need in other document.  left click , hold on 1 of select layers in layers palette. drag layers layers palette , drop layers dragging onto other document image window while holding shift key pressed. should copy layers other document , shift modifier key center them on document canvas.  other document layers palette should active , should see layer want merge in document's layers palette.  highlight 3d layers want merge , use 3d menu item merge 3d layers. in older versions of flash, importing audio sampled @ 48khz cause syncing issues during playback.   apparently, has been fixed, have not been able find declaration of fix in release note.   does know sure? i don't know sure 48 khz, know 24 or 32 bit still problem. if you're changing sound 32 bit 16 bit, make work, still go ahead , set 44.1 khz. i store catalog on dropbox file directory syncs several computers. consequently, there have been multiple instances conflicts have occurred catalog being opened on both machines. dropbox create copy of catalog modified name accommodate catalog being open on 2 machines. inevitably, lightroom create new previews file (.lrdata) catalog.   i have since become hawk not ever opening catalog on both machines @ same time. stuck bunch of .lrdata preview files afraid delete in case pertain main catalog in way. files end looking this.   the current catalog called "_all photos of time_current.lrcat" wondering of these preview files can delete.   thank you!   johnny in reality, can delete or of them, , won't affect work have done. lightroom begin creating new set of previews work in lightroom. i have elements 11 on 2 years , had no problem printing photo's in windows 8.1  after changing windows 10 printed photo's have lines running paralell every inch across photo. using picasa or other program print there no problems. elements using windows 10 prints photo's 10 times faster ever before. other programs print @ normal speed great results. working epson 45min. came conclusion. need printing photo's again elements 11. first time posting. hope it's in right area. thanks More discussions in Photoshop Elements adobe

i'm looking way package multiple indesign files in sub-folders of main project folder.   we tested indesign's book feature , while can drag in multiple indesign files , package them all, packaged 1 main target folder.   i select main project folder , have script go through , open indesign files in sub folders , following:   1. open each indesign file, 2. update links, 3. package each indesign file own individual sub-folder, image , text links own folders within folder contains packaged indesign file. bump - got ideas on this? first post, sorry if miss format guidelines.   i have been editing project of 29.7fps h.264 files few days, , today playback wouldn't output sound, incredibly choppy, , seems @ x2 speed. not due of j,k, or l keyboard commands, have no clue why happening, occurred randomly in middle of basic linear editing. imported h.264 same frame rate , quality rest of project , began. after deleting h.264 , seeing no improvement, tried opening old (and blank) project, both of had identical playback issues. restarted computer (including unplugging entirely), , reinstalling premiere. glitch odd since cc has worked flawlessly months on device.   any thoughts on why might happening?   details: as reinstalled premiere cc, running newest version. 32gb ram intel core i7 evga gtx 970 graphics card   (note: monitoring status of computer during playback, there no unusual spike in ram usage, there 8% increase in cpu 3% ~11%) hi jackelliott,   what source video files? is captured appli...

i'm using new hp spectre x360 4109-na i7-6500u machine windows 10 , photoshop cc 2015. when i'm trying draw on canvas, well, , input works fine pen, when use touchscreen, doesn't register input drawing brush or pencil, though gestures fine zoom.   so brush work pen, when use finger in same fashion, nothing happens @ all.   please tell me i'm doing wrong - can't figure 1 out. i'm not familiar touch screens know graphics tablet can have in-built settings disable touch inputs pen can used draw , don't accidentally hand rests on tablet. touchscreen's configuration/settings. hi all,   this past weekend started deep cleaning , organizing laptop. in doing so, attempted move of adobe files applications folder. reinstall of cc desktop app (in able change install preferences of subsequently installed apps) , of programs premiere, after effects, etc, able thought of adobe files applications folder.   however, when open apps, folder created in documents. named "adobe," folder contains subfolders adobe media encoder , lumetri. subfolders contain 9.0 folders , inside of logs, settings folders, , other program files.   i've looked in preferences of both of these apps , still have not been able find way keep folder appearing in location. hoping find way in change creation location of adobe folder, rerouting documents applications. help? so answer previous, duplicate question in premiere pro forum did not help?   moving "adobe" folder out of documents More discussions in Adobe Creative Cloud adobe

hello everyone,   this kind of random question. creating mathematical formula diagram in illustrator. similar workflow, breaks down different parts presented in formula. basically, looking @ rectangles text , lines on inside, each rectangle connected line arrow head @ end. trying make lines "dynamic" in sense arrowhead end stay connected rectangle , "follow" rectangle rectangle dragged across document. similar visio, having issues getting visio work mathematical equations created.   regards,   gunnar so want flowchart.   illustrator doesn't support this. create flowchart in excel or openoffice or whatever tool supports this. when you're done can save pdf, open in illustrator , enhance if necessary.
