Photoshop Installation Failed

i trying download photoshop on windows 7 computer.

 

every time click download app on creative cloud, says waiting, "installation failed".

 

click on , says

 

"installation failed

download error. press retry try again or contact customer support.(55)"

 

i have retried multiple times, restarted computer, turned computer on , off, emptied temp files.

 

not working. please help.
