Commenting tools disappeared in update

i running adobe acrobat reader dc, use daily in work proofreader mark corrections on proofs using comments tools. since may 10 update (2015.016.20039), 2 comments use regularly have disappeared: add note text (a t icon comments balloon) , replace text (t filled comments balloon). these tools shown in screenshot outlining new features of update: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/whats-new.html#commenting don't understand how have gone missing update?

 

it's not issue file using these tools yesterday in pre-update version on same file without problems.

 

i have english (uk) version of installation.

 

please - if can't these tools reinstated take me twice long job

replace text enhanced , integrated smart t* tool .

for replace text have select text , start typing ,

 

you can check pop behavior settings in commenting preference , check " automatically open comment pop-ups comments other notes".

with option enable need highlight text , pop open in comment list.

Sizing images of multiple resolutions for print on a page of one resolution

this may basic photoshop question betrays lack of experience digital workspace, i'd know how lay out multiple images of varying resolutions on 300 ppi page intended print.   say have 3 images: 1 300 ppi, 3 x 4 inches,  4 x 5 inches, 900 ppi , third 4 x 5 inches, 600 ppi.   i've created single page 300 ppi, 8 x 10 inches. images fit, physical size. when drop 600 ppi , 900 ppi images page, blow twice , 3 times space, spoiling efforts lay them out. similarly, if cut ppi on higher-ppi images 300, blow well.   the possible option see might work resample/bicubic automatic. wouldn't reduce quality of image?   thanks! an image file single file no matter how many layers , images , image sizes  in there 1 resolution 1 resolution layers  , images have same resolution setting current resolution set document or file.   you can process image file , save out files have different resolution , different image size open image.  batch using photoshop  im...
