i'm using latest version of premiere pro cc, , have exported sequence using h.264 blu-ray preset (only changes checking "render @ maximum depth" , "use maximum render quality" boxes).   when bring exported .m4v , .wav files encore 5.5 , put them timeline, they're out of sync. check whether rendered way out of premiere or it's encore issue, brought 2 rendered files new premiere project , dragged them sequence. in sync in premiere.   so, encore problem. has else experienced this, , there can blu-ray made project?   i've rendered .mp2 files dvd output same premiere project, , have no problems @ in premiere or encore.   thank you.   windows 7 professional intel core i7 cpu nvidia quadro 4000 as have cc subscription use encore cs6. never seen oos files.   dvd requires mpeg2-dvd. if using mp2 files re-encoded. hey there!   i've run weird problem illustrator cc. can't seem copy , paste anything. i'm not copying or pasting program or illustrator file, copying doesn't add clipboard , paste grayed out in edit menu.   after googling bit saw forum post on google chrome forums saying issue related chrome being open , skype click-to-call extension interfering illustrator's clipboard, don't have skype click-to-call extension , if close chrome , relaunch illustrator, no luck.   i'm out of ideas, can help? can imagine super frustrating! could preferences file has gotten corrupt. try deleting preferences file. are able alt-drag (windows) or option-drag object duplicate it? this has been driving me absolutely nuts lately , i've tried can think of resolve issue.   using adobe reader dc, stopped allowing me open documents unless choose full-screen view option.  not ever see normal screen has "home" , "tools" in top left corner.  seems have same symptoms in post:  creative cloud acrobat on mac not open documents wasn't resolved.   i have tried following fix issue: 1.  restarting computer 2.  running updates on acrobat reader 3.  dragging reader applications trash , re-downloading , re-installing. 4.  manually comparing adobe reader preferences fresh install of osx el capitan , adobe reader dc 5.  attempts remove every trace of acrobat reader dc have not been successful.  (followed steps in this script remove manually)   the issue persisted after moving new mac , using time machine backup set up.  here's kicker though, ran time machine backup after "uninstalling" reader, there configuration fil...

i've spent of today trying project render on new computer. (i7 5820, 64gb ram, gtx970)   i'm used vids failing - in same spot.  1 fail after few seconds or render 12 mins, 14 mins , fail.  have tried rendering in media encoder, direct premiere.  i've ditched cache files, i've imported sequence want render new project, , tried rendering that.  i've been through , removed few things know premiere stuggles (like time reversed clip).  of stuff left stuff used render time on old system: 4k files resized on timeline, lots of effects , transitions.  keep getting unknown error.   have tried rendering out section fails (at around 80%) , rendered fine.  did complete once there 1 file (a 4k timelapse shot), in nested sequence had time remapping on on sequence, went black in middle of render.  on checking timeline same glitch present.  apply time remapping clip inside nested sequence , work ok, needed time remapping on sequence. cludged on...

hello, this may basic, have found nothing online this, , it's been occurring years.   i using abobe premeiere cs5.5, , have matrox card. when i'm working in hd in adobe premiere, , have music playing in background on youtube(bandwidth!), every frame scrub through , every playback cuts youtube out during interval.   it's not issue, it's rather annoying when editing without audio in yet , trying listen music.   if i'm working in hd in adobe after effects, not have problem whatsoever; it's adobe premier.   i don't expect solution pseudo-problem, however, if can explain me why it's happening provide peace-of-mind.   thank you!! hello,   i'm trying create project template can reused , has files, topics, images, etc. need uniform across authors , projects. i've learned import topics, etc. rather copying in windows explorer. haven't figured out way import images, either.   how image files previous project? can images in "project" when view in windows explorer, except when open template project in robohelp, they're within project. can the images in image name field using open folder icon , looking in root folder level, in image folders within project (i.e., select drop down arrow in images in project folders heading.   is there better way this?   thanks, mdawn you can copy , paste images using windows file explorer. adds them project directory.   robohelp show images in project manager once used, either in css or in topic. create topic images , import that. images in 1 go well. my company experienced major issues our adobeconnect site yesterday. we did have adobe support ticket (#inc1029993) created adobe support did not call status of repair.  able login admin adobe connect all instructors , students trying login & join class, using class links, not able join.  reported critical ticket a promise adobe support escalated , kept informed of progress. there has still been no response status or root cause of issue. working today, yesterday’s classes saved quick thinking of instructors use trial of adobe competitor. have lost significant revenue our classes due adobe support’s incompetence , lack of response our issue. have had service 10 years , have not had issues until recently. seems lately adobe connect site has issues more , causing company @ other products. there no way see report dissatisfaction adobe, decided post here in hopes @ adobe see , know there issue support response.   thank you, More discussions in eLearning...

i setting lightroom following instructions set out in "classroom in book" (starting @ page 1). states "when first launch lightroom, catalog file named lightroom catalog.ircat automatically created on hard disk". have looked under documents/pictures/lightroom (on windows) , cannot find ircat file. using windows 10. when go 'importing photos' - start lightroom - select catalog dialog box, make sure file lrcib catalog.ircat selected in list of opened catalogs, , click open'. not have ircat file listed there , therefore cannot open class images. advice appreciated. camera track working!   however have problem hope can with.  i'm trying parent video null object doesn't work instead video tracks person moving in shot bizarre reason, when parent set 'none'.   works absolutely fine when create solid or text.  feel there must simple fix i'm missing.     thank you! not shots camera track. can delete tracking markers attach person in shot , resolve. other times need roto person out of scene , pre-compose. technique depends entirely on shot. camera tracking relies on fixed geometry moving in shot , covers or adds confusing data fouls up.   if post shot might able suggest technique work. we running 6 loaded coldfusion servers.  besides constant issues have have new 1 started happening.   we maxed out apparently on how many datasources can add.  when add anymore not found coldfusion server.   we have 2 servers when add datasource 1 of servers gets added second server , can not seem figure out how possible.   the neo-datasource.xml file not match our admin datasources either.  have more datasources in our neo-datasource.xml file in actual admin interface.   can please explain how coldfusion stores datasource information?  use neo-datasource.xml or store datasources place else.?   how can 2 seperate servers share same datasources?  when delete 1 in 1 admin interface deletes both plus if add add both servers.
