Cannot access my own photos.

?i true neophyte re:photoshop. cannot find instruction how can use photos in computer in photoshop/lightroom apps? also, instructions mention windows 8. won't work windows 10?

in photoshop, use file > open open photos.

or use bridge (which separate download , install if use creative cloud). bridge show thumbnails of folder contents, , double-clicking thumbnail open file in photoshop.

 

in lightroom, have import images able see them , work on them - lightroom different photoshop.
