Adobe Premiere interferes with youtube stream

hello,

this may basic, have found nothing online this, , it's been occurring years.

 

i using abobe premeiere cs5.5, , have matrox card. when i'm working in hd in adobe premiere, , have music playing in background on youtube(bandwidth!), every frame scrub through , every playback cuts youtube out during interval.

 

it's not issue, it's rather annoying when editing without audio in yet , trying listen music.

 

if i'm working in hd in adobe after effects, not have problem whatsoever; it's adobe premier.

 

i don't expect solution pseudo-problem, however, if can explain me why it's happening provide peace-of-mind.
