Ps CC How to stop pop-up windows when holding down pen

okay, hard fit title. mean when hold down pen tablet on canvas opens small drop down of brush settings. handy , feature means cannot draw small details or fill in small shapes without popping up. it's distracting , obnoxious. there way turn off?
