we developed multimedia player 10 years ago in director mx 2004 , needed upgrade it. extensively used printomatic xtra in first version. unfortunately xtra not work in director 12 , not supported more. works in director 11.5, cannot find licence in order compile our project under 11.5. no 1 offers 11.5 licence on ebay. contacted adobe, don't seem able either. have suggestions on how solve this? mac or windows? might possible run d10 files d11.5 projector More discussions in Director adobe

hello! needs help. time ago started project. made intro , hadent problems render , start render video , sow till minutes rendring begun slower , slower , can see 1 frame 10-11 sec. , can see on screenshot. can me anyone? impossible without knowing detailed anatomy of compositions.  frames going render slower others depending on it's rendering.  if have images cross fading render frames quickly.  if have sequence lots of keyframes, high res images, motion blur & several effects, frames going render very slow (maybe as minute or more each frame). depends.  10 seconds frame not bad. hi there. camera saves images raw, open in photoshop cc edit , save jpeg. however, got new computer , things have been acting up. when save image jpeg , go compare .cr2 .jpeg, .cr2 incredibly desaturated. went , did nothing .cr2 image, saved jpeg, , still desaturated. googled , found answers. tried changing 8 bits 16 bits/channel, did nothing- tried changing adobe rgb srgb iec6, nothing. don't know what's going wrong. can help? i attached before (cr2) , after (jpeg) example. if convert srgb before saving out jpeg, , still see this, suspect broken display profile. delivered through windows update.   to test, replace current display profile srgb iec61966-2.1. go windows control panel > color management > devices. don't have screenshots handy right now, post when workstation.   it might interesting see screenshots of not image itself, side side appear in applications. question: using lightroom 4.3 (upgraded 4.4). use nikon d3s , typically shoot raw files. card lexar cf card. use lexar card uploader. when uploading recent files received error message saying nef files “unsupported or damaged”. have tried uploading files direct hard drive. appear in nef format not viewable. if put card in camera, files no longer viewable, though shots taken subsequently are. tips on being able view batch of raw files in lightroom? did use version of nikon software process or transfer these files?   also, please confirm exact version mumber of lightroom using going menu command help->system info   it possible files indeed damaged, , bad card or bad card reader. try using cable directly camera? allow read photos? try using different card, take new photos, can read those?   time time photos shift colors and/or tones when layers merged. image becomes sort of washed out. did research on google , on adobe forum , found out not uncommon, has interpolations , adjustment layers previews when zoom out such 25% or 50% example. when image flatten @ actual pixels (zoom 100%) there no shift.     problem when post-processing high resolution image, impossible @ zoom 100% time. necessary zoom out in order see whole photo.     wondering if there way reduce shift or how avoid somehow without being stuck @ zoom 100% . majority of time change not affect results, does.     i´m using photoshop cc, windows 7 sp1 64bits, 16gb, geforce gtx960 (all drivers date). color settings: north america general purpose 2. i  installed google's nik collection on 2009 imac running el capitan (iosx 10.11.4). plug-ins work aperture 3 , lightroom 6, none photoshop cs6 (version 13.0.6 x64).   in photoshop, under filter menu, nik collection greyed out though plug-ins appear under menu photoshop/about plug-in.   on starting photoshop nik selective pop-up appears. however, trying start of apps there produces (for dfine 2, example) message ' the command “dfine 2” not available .'   hence these questions: is there solution this? would reinstall photoshop? in case of latter need last 4 digits of serial number, first 20 being given under help/system info...   any appreciated. direct contact adobe seems virtually impossible.   thanks nick kennedy check image mode , bit depth of document.   image>mode   try rgb color and/or 8 or 16 bits/channel if document in image mode and/or bit depth. i have slides in project require text wrapped around picture. have looked @ following question wrapping text around image , took lilybiri's advice , used polygon tool draw bounding box area needed.   this seems work while working in captivate when publish , throw on website, text takes form of re-sizing box of polygon made.   this seems pretty basic functionality should exist. missing something? i think better off doing in app such photoshop or indesign , importing graphic rather trying in captivate. i created moving 3d moving film strip demo version of freeform pro plugin mettle. unfortunately can't afford buy plugin can't remove watermark , render out. there way achieve effect in ae? tried experimenting mesh warp and various other plugins no luck. appreciated. you can simulate effect. create filmstrip comp shape of strip of film before bend it. you'll want comp high widest part of filmstrip after bend it. if project longer few seconds render image sequence. bring image sequence or filmstrip comp standard frame size , frame rate comp , apply mesh warp or of other distortion effects need create shape distortions. pretty easy if don't want change shape or simulate moving camera. last step use gradient layer highlights using screen or add blend mode , gradient layer shadows using multiply blend mode complete illusion. if plan ahead should able simulate simple camera move. key whole thing animated straight film strip separate element can manipulate. hi,   i'm new please bear me. i'm trying out adobe pro (30 days trial). i'm interested in text recognition function (making documents searchable). it's working great, i'm able convert multiple documents @ same time (and entire folder structures), cool! question is, possible automate process? if so, expected work com object achieve or can somehow done e.g. passing parameters adobe pro? there sample of how it? here thing: client of mine putting scanned document in folder. software required save location first need make document searchable: scan paper documents searchable pdf | adobe acrobat dc tutorials   (see step 4).   can process automated using adobe pro? if so, what's best approach?   thank in advance! what has happened customdatalink plugins in indesign cc sdk?   in cc sdks either source missing or project files missing.   see following: 1. cc10.0 sdk 070 customdatalink win project file missing source files exist.   2. cc 11.0 sdk 072 customdatalink , customdatalinkui sources files missing. only customdatalinkui project file exists   is adobe not recommending third-party devs use it? if yes, why not removed? there no mention of in html docs.   even worse, customdatalink feature does not work in windows on mac cs 6. if drag asset, nothing gets placed (files present in hard disk). as there handful of indesign sdk versions, took sometime wade through sdk docs figure out it.   indesign sdk 069 dated 21-05-2015 (for indesign cc 2014, 10.2) references removal of custdtlnk . the api changes section (/docs/html/api_diffs.html) mentions following:   the following api classes existed in indesign cc (10.1) removed prior indesign cc (11.0). cusdtlnkadornm...

i facing following problem:   i have timer in application hits repeatedly after 2 seconds active document name (if there any).   if user selects text (on mouse click down) of active document adobe fm 2015 following api call returns 0 (which wrong):   f_apigetid(fv_sessionid, fv_sessionid, fp_activedoc)   later, if user leaves mouse button (mouse click up) in next hit of timer document name fetched.   it seems adobe fm 2015 cannot handle simultaneously both user input application , api calls application.   why happening? it seems adobe framemaker 2015 cannot handle @ same time user ui events , fdk api calls external applications.   when user interacts fm application fdk api calls of external application fail error codes. i've got document pulling data spreadsheet, not placed in document table (i.e. i'm linking single cells @ time, unformatted tabbed text). not within tables, table styles , cell styles not available.   i can assign imported text paragraph style, , happy days. if update linked spreadsheet, styles change different paragraph style.   most similar questions suggest setting table , cell styles, since they're not option, can do? having manually select each text field , re-assign paragraph styles each , every 1 of them defeats whole purpose of linking externally updated file.   i'm tearing hair out trying understand why default behaviour. possible reason want paragraph styles change away set? you need such workflow specific plugins wordsflow » em software More discussions in InDesign adobe
