Trouble publishing

i have gone thru settings required our lms , when publish, error, "can not delete folder "name of folder".  when go location, there empty folder there.  looked thru questions in community , there person same error no 1 had answer.  ideas of going on or should move forward?

is captivate installed on system, not on networked drive (or in roaming profile)? paths in preferences, both publish @ , cache folders pointing folders on system?
