.CR2 (60D) files wont open no matter what I try

i have read many threads , followed many pieces of advice stuck. cannot these .cr2 files shot canon 60d convert or open or recognized program whatsoever. have downloaded dng converter, canon's digital photo professional, photoshop elements 13, , many other programs try , these things work , figure out way able convert hundreds of pics jpeg. every single time, files deemed unrecognizable format type.

 

can help? i'm totally lost

looks files have become corrupt? how created or copied? opened 1 , there no camera exif data present. have been damaged in software program or card reader?

 

the best way test shoot few new raw files , bring them straight pse13 camera.

Sizing images of multiple resolutions for print on a page of one resolution

this may basic photoshop question betrays lack of experience digital workspace, i'd know how lay out multiple images of varying resolutions on 300 ppi page intended print.   say have 3 images: 1 300 ppi, 3 x 4 inches,  4 x 5 inches, 900 ppi , third 4 x 5 inches, 600 ppi.   i've created single page 300 ppi, 8 x 10 inches. images fit, physical size. when drop 600 ppi , 900 ppi images page, blow twice , 3 times space, spoiling efforts lay them out. similarly, if cut ppi on higher-ppi images 300, blow well.   the possible option see might work resample/bicubic automatic. wouldn't reduce quality of image?   thanks! an image file single file no matter how many layers , images , image sizes  in there 1 resolution 1 resolution layers  , images have same resolution setting current resolution set document or file.   you can process image file , save out files have different resolution , different image size open image.  batch using photoshop  im...
