WRONG RESOLUTION

hello, buy photo choosed client, , when download it's not correct resolution. in menu said:

 

• dimentions

  3264 x 4928 px

• tipe

  jpeg
• n.°: 70541006

 

but when opened in illustrator it's in bad resolution 783,36 x 1182,72 px.

 

my client wants photo decoration wall, , need send me correct 1 of 3264 x 4928 px

 

please me!!!
