Blurry text in After Effects

hi,

 

basically beginner in after effects, facing same problem text coming blurry.

this above text png image. if write in after effects not possible read. please have below screenshot.

your composition window zoomed in 400%. zoom out 100% , make font appropriate size in character panel.
