Creative cloud not syncing fonts & app crashing

i've tried lots of offered solutions, uninstalling & reinstalling, deleting oobe files... nothing working, please - have 1 critical font cannot use @ & i'm on deadline.

 

on reinstall, can occassionally app open crashes , closes.

 

i open typekit, syncing & resync fonts nothing.

 

nothing works!

 

using 64 bit pc, running windows 7 , have full creative suite (not in cloud) of cs6.

 

i need solution asap!!
