Error message when Publishing Online.

after numerous attempts, continue error message when trying upload document publish online.

i have done troubleshooting , have found it's related video files embedded in document. if remove video files document , publish online, document publishes.

is there solution resolve error message?

what format did use video files? best mp4, h264 encoding. how large they?
