Adnetwork, ads, for windows phone 8.1 and 10 universal with phonegap / cordova

i know if know how add different advertising in app of windows phone universal, phonegap. @ moment i'm working microsof advertising, fill rate , ecpm low(15% , 0.32euros approx.). looking ways , moment dind't use one, admob doesn't work on universal apps, , try others(smaato , admediator), find sdk doesn't work javascript project.

if have experience implementation of adnetwork helpfull.
