Photoshop Elements 14 destroys files

when open jpg file in elements 14, make adjustments , try save file, elements refuses saying not owner of file , need authorisation administrator. administrator on own computer (checked in windows sure). file no longer accessible in windows , cannot deleted or moved using explorer.

 

i urgently need !!
