unable to install adobe cloud (not really certain it's name)

simple need pdf excel, downloaded code, cranked install.

first hit needed outlook , exel shutdown - did that, tried again,

now error 1321 install has insufficient privileges: dc/pdfmaker\autocadd\od\plotsettingsvalidator.tx

ideas???

did install cc desktop app here, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud

 

if yes, did use app install acrobat dc?

 

if yes, see error while trying install acrobat or trying start acrobat?
