How Would I Make eBay Template in Dreamweaver?

i want make nice ebay listing template , store template using dreamwearver , photoshop. 1 has navigation bar , store categories. possible in dreamweaver?

 

the reason ask other web programs out there not possible because ebay wont let have head or body tags , bunch of other things. advice if possible great. if specific settings need turn on or off code past ebay work correctly.

i not sure , not allowed ebay site, there no reason not use dreamweaver create html document. can use dreamweaver js , php documents.

Sizing images of multiple resolutions for print on a page of one resolution

this may basic photoshop question betrays lack of experience digital workspace, i'd know how lay out multiple images of varying resolutions on 300 ppi page intended print.   say have 3 images: 1 300 ppi, 3 x 4 inches,  4 x 5 inches, 900 ppi , third 4 x 5 inches, 600 ppi.   i've created single page 300 ppi, 8 x 10 inches. images fit, physical size. when drop 600 ppi , 900 ppi images page, blow twice , 3 times space, spoiling efforts lay them out. similarly, if cut ppi on higher-ppi images 300, blow well.   the possible option see might work resample/bicubic automatic. wouldn't reduce quality of image?   thanks! an image file single file no matter how many layers , images , image sizes  in there 1 resolution 1 resolution layers  , images have same resolution setting current resolution set document or file.   you can process image file , save out files have different resolution , different image size open image.  batch using photoshop  im...
