add to swatches not working in CC library panel

add swatches not working in cc library panel since last update, else experiencing problem?

 

i cant seem apply colours directly cc library panel

when i've had problems this, i've opened activity monitor (mac) , quite cclibrary process (not sure if it's called same thing on windows or not), quit cc desktop application, indesign. relaunch cc desktop app , indesign. fixes issue.
