Ultra Key Tolerance Too High

i in beginning stage of editing full-length feature film ghost, , can no longer ultra key work. 4 months ago worked fine when running previous version of premiere pro cc, when apply eyedropper grabs regardless of "setting" , regardless of set "tolerance" too. happens if sample distinct color such actor's bright red suspenders. end result no matter how try cleanup key there bleed through footage unusable. if can't fixed, won't able edit film!

 

specs

i running latest version adobe premiere pro cc (2015.2) on late 2012 imac running mavericks installed on ssd 12gb of ramm. editing 4k film shot panasonic lumix dmc-gh4.

 

failed solutions:

1) reset preferences

2) reset mouse cursor

3) reset single display

4) created new project (made sure have mercury engine software only)

5) used footage downloaded internet

6) run adobe premiere on pc

 

help!

Sizing images of multiple resolutions for print on a page of one resolution

this may basic photoshop question betrays lack of experience digital workspace, i'd know how lay out multiple images of varying resolutions on 300 ppi page intended print.   say have 3 images: 1 300 ppi, 3 x 4 inches,  4 x 5 inches, 900 ppi , third 4 x 5 inches, 600 ppi.   i've created single page 300 ppi, 8 x 10 inches. images fit, physical size. when drop 600 ppi , 900 ppi images page, blow twice , 3 times space, spoiling efforts lay them out. similarly, if cut ppi on higher-ppi images 300, blow well.   the possible option see might work resample/bicubic automatic. wouldn't reduce quality of image?   thanks! an image file single file no matter how many layers , images , image sizes  in there 1 resolution 1 resolution layers  , images have same resolution setting current resolution set document or file.   you can process image file , save out files have different resolution , different image size open image.  batch using photoshop  im...

Illustrator cs6 "Invalid Serial Number"

i trying re-install adobe illustrator cs6 on new machine users old machine being retired. when enter serial no invalid message. i work ministry of transportation, ontario , purchased volume licensing. make things better, original person deployed doesn't work here anymore. have following if needed:   order number end user purchase number reseller purchase order number agreement number   please help chris for licencing issues have contact adobe support directly no 1 in forum can or here.
