I need 2 InDesign scripts. I'm willing to pay

i'm running indesign cc on mac. here need:

 

1. need questions anchored in text box [all styled d-question] in outside margin area [not within text flow] moved text box above paragraph anchored to. not have paragraph marker @ end there need 1 created them placed onto.

 

2. need space on right side of superscript digit/s removed digit/s is/are next text.

how much? aha!
