How to add new effect category??

hi,

 

i made few actions in full photoshop version , use them in pse. can see them when "show all" i'd put them in new category. don't know how that. tried put custom category name in metadata.xml file, wasn't successful.

 

i hope can explain me, how make new custom group.

 

which version of photoshop elements , operating system using?

 

generally when adding new metadata.xml file, 1 needs rebuild effects content database deleting the

 

thumbdatabase.db3 , mediadatabase.db3

 

then start photoshop elements editor , wait effects database rebuild, take 10 t0 15 minutes.
