Freeze when dragging anything to the timeline

i'm getting same problem.

 

but me try drag onto timeline, video source, transition or effect. , don't know way add effect without using drag n' drop.

 

is there way add effects except dragging place?

try fix i've been pushing lot - clear markers, try it.
