Control HTML5 video output in captivate 9?

hello,

i have project has size limit , it's live video. html5 only. problem we're having how captivate , adobe media encoder handling video encoding.

 

when insert video course, converts flv if not flv.

 

when publish html5, converts mp4 using adobe media encoder.

 

the conversion tripling file size mp$4 because it's defaulting hq conversion.

 

is there way influence flv mp4 conversion? or there way make captivate keep .mp4 file , not try conversion?

i put video in html file , insert html5 animation. it's easy using video tag. full screen works also. have coded cc runs through captivates cc.

Sizing images of multiple resolutions for print on a page of one resolution

this may basic photoshop question betrays lack of experience digital workspace, i'd know how lay out multiple images of varying resolutions on 300 ppi page intended print.   say have 3 images: 1 300 ppi, 3 x 4 inches,  4 x 5 inches, 900 ppi , third 4 x 5 inches, 600 ppi.   i've created single page 300 ppi, 8 x 10 inches. images fit, physical size. when drop 600 ppi , 900 ppi images page, blow twice , 3 times space, spoiling efforts lay them out. similarly, if cut ppi on higher-ppi images 300, blow well.   the possible option see might work resample/bicubic automatic. wouldn't reduce quality of image?   thanks! an image file single file no matter how many layers , images , image sizes  in there 1 resolution 1 resolution layers  , images have same resolution setting current resolution set document or file.   you can process image file , save out files have different resolution , different image size open image.  batch using photoshop  im...
