Why won't my Illustrator puppet and upgraded in After Effects load into Character Animator?

i have made 2 puppets using illustrator , after effects won't load character animator. using after effects cc2015 ver. 13.7.1, new updates installed, win10, hp computer 8g of ram , 1 t of memory, new nvidia graphics card open gl 2.0, , quick time installed. puppets stored after effects files. how can bring them character animator?

sorry delay in replying, 1 got missed bit.

 

character animator supports importing puppet art photoshop or illustrator documents. depending on , how you've done in after effects, leaves couple of options:

  • import illustrator files puppets character animator.
  • export after effects work format character animator able consume (as layered psd, example).

 

also, version number list after effects predates recent release (understandable since few days ago , after when posted). note since character animator still preview, doesn't support importing projects preview 3 preview 4, before invest time in doing earlier version may want upgrade if haven't already.

Sizing images of multiple resolutions for print on a page of one resolution

this may basic photoshop question betrays lack of experience digital workspace, i'd know how lay out multiple images of varying resolutions on 300 ppi page intended print.   say have 3 images: 1 300 ppi, 3 x 4 inches,  4 x 5 inches, 900 ppi , third 4 x 5 inches, 600 ppi.   i've created single page 300 ppi, 8 x 10 inches. images fit, physical size. when drop 600 ppi , 900 ppi images page, blow twice , 3 times space, spoiling efforts lay them out. similarly, if cut ppi on higher-ppi images 300, blow well.   the possible option see might work resample/bicubic automatic. wouldn't reduce quality of image?   thanks! an image file single file no matter how many layers , images , image sizes  in there 1 resolution 1 resolution layers  , images have same resolution setting current resolution set document or file.   you can process image file , save out files have different resolution , different image size open image.  batch using photoshop  im...

Illustrator cs6 "Invalid Serial Number"

i trying re-install adobe illustrator cs6 on new machine users old machine being retired. when enter serial no invalid message. i work ministry of transportation, ontario , purchased volume licensing. make things better, original person deployed doesn't work here anymore. have following if needed:   order number end user purchase number reseller purchase order number agreement number   please help chris for licencing issues have contact adobe support directly no 1 in forum can or here.
