How do I download a drawing done by hand and then edit it inside of Photoshop?

how download drawing done hand , edit inside of photoshop?

you take photograph of it. sure lighting - light both right , left. , keep artwork perpendicular camera.

 

if artwork not larger letter size, can find access scanner, maybe library or copy shop, , way.

 

copy file computer, point photoshop's file > open @ it.
