Arri ProRes Playback Terrible CC2015

getting terrible playback arri pro res files in premiere cc 2015.

at current cannot realtime playback on 4k prores file @ 1/4 res playback. (1 stream)

 

 

the files located on 16 bay smalltree server, connected via sanlink2.

currently 750meg per second read / write speeds, disk speed shouldn’t issue.

 

we don’t have issue r3d files. arri prores files.

 

 

the issue happens identical machines running yosemite.

we have tired running file off internal ssd , same issue arises.

 

any appreciated!!

ummm... i'm not sure suggest, it's not storage issue if it's struggling on internal ssd.

 

do have cc 2014 installed on same system? have similar performance issues?

 

do have fcpx or resolve installed on system system? have similar performance issues?

 

the thing can suggest reinstalling cc 2015, trashing preferences, , deleting caches - have clean slate.

 

we use prores files time on our macbook pro's , imac's , don't see issue, solvable.

Sizing images of multiple resolutions for print on a page of one resolution

this may basic photoshop question betrays lack of experience digital workspace, i'd know how lay out multiple images of varying resolutions on 300 ppi page intended print.   say have 3 images: 1 300 ppi, 3 x 4 inches,  4 x 5 inches, 900 ppi , third 4 x 5 inches, 600 ppi.   i've created single page 300 ppi, 8 x 10 inches. images fit, physical size. when drop 600 ppi , 900 ppi images page, blow twice , 3 times space, spoiling efforts lay them out. similarly, if cut ppi on higher-ppi images 300, blow well.   the possible option see might work resample/bicubic automatic. wouldn't reduce quality of image?   thanks! an image file single file no matter how many layers , images , image sizes  in there 1 resolution 1 resolution layers  , images have same resolution setting current resolution set document or file.   you can process image file , save out files have different resolution , different image size open image.  batch using photoshop  im...

Illustrator cs6 "Invalid Serial Number"

i trying re-install adobe illustrator cs6 on new machine users old machine being retired. when enter serial no invalid message. i work ministry of transportation, ontario , purchased volume licensing. make things better, original person deployed doesn't work here anymore. have following if needed:   order number end user purchase number reseller purchase order number agreement number   please help chris for licencing issues have contact adobe support directly no 1 in forum can or here.
