Photoshop CC slow to open image

hi

i newbie photoshop , have photoshop cc ( lastest version, updated , have kept updating), slow open image camera raw ...taking 15 seconds.

i use mac, os x el capitan 10.11.4...it working fine last week...i have cleaned out caches on mac ? problem

check unwanted plugins, if have added 1 in photoshop.

 

also, can try reset photoshop preferences, see of helps.

 

"to re-create preferences files photoshop, start application while holding down ctrl+alt+shift (windows) or command+option+shift (mac os). then, click yes message, "delete adobe photoshop settings file?"
