Lightroom CC. Tethered Capture. No Camera Detected.

hey there. i'm considering subscribe adobe creative cloud hobbies: photography & graphic design. trying out lightroom cc tethering nikon d300. have camera firmware updated, , connected macbook.  problem, there no camera detected @ tethered capture. how solve this? thanks.
