Can't 'view previous versions' on Creative Cloud menu

i've been trying download premier pro on 32-bit version of windows, , believe latest version of premier run on windows 32 bit cs4, don't know how access download, if possible. have 'all apps' creative cloud subscription. have tried method: download , install adobe creative cloud apps  'view previous versions' option doesn't appear. there may clear i'm not seeing, appreciated.

i don’t think cs4 has ever been part of creative cloud. previous versions of applications, e.g. cc 2014 available means run older plug-ins may not compatible cc 2015.

 

if have owned previous cs4 version , have serial number try download link below. recommend upgrading 64 bit system make of subscription , evolving lumetri color tools in premier pro.

Sizing images of multiple resolutions for print on a page of one resolution

this may basic photoshop question betrays lack of experience digital workspace, i'd know how lay out multiple images of varying resolutions on 300 ppi page intended print.   say have 3 images: 1 300 ppi, 3 x 4 inches,  4 x 5 inches, 900 ppi , third 4 x 5 inches, 600 ppi.   i've created single page 300 ppi, 8 x 10 inches. images fit, physical size. when drop 600 ppi , 900 ppi images page, blow twice , 3 times space, spoiling efforts lay them out. similarly, if cut ppi on higher-ppi images 300, blow well.   the possible option see might work resample/bicubic automatic. wouldn't reduce quality of image?   thanks! an image file single file no matter how many layers , images , image sizes  in there 1 resolution 1 resolution layers  , images have same resolution setting current resolution set document or file.   you can process image file , save out files have different resolution , different image size open image.  batch using photoshop  im...
