Option to copy highlighted text in comments not available

i updated acrobat reader xi dc because option wasn't visible in xi update unable access copy selected text highlight, strikethrough, , underline comment pop-ups. how copy highlighted text comments?

that's strange options aren't available in reader. should submit bug report: feature request/bug report form
