Lightroom CC 6.5.1 crash at startup

hello.

i'm experiencing strange lightroom cc 6.5.1 behaviour hangs @ startup no error messages on windows 7 professional 64bit os.

i found 2 errors in event log (i'm sorry of error messages in italian)

this error appeared after installation of reflecta rps 10m scanner , silverfast ai studio scanner software, i'm pretty sure depends on scanner drivers: if install scanner software nothing happens if run , lightroom still runs fine, when turn on scanner , driver gets installed lightroom starts hang immediately. unistallation of scanner software , removal of device don't solve problem.

do experienced same issue , solved or has idea how solve it?
