Illustrator Brushes for Commercial Use?

i graphic design student , have been offered job create logo. working in illustrator , wondering if alright use brushes, ones come on illustrator, commercial use? also, if transform/recreate fonts not mine, make them mine or still need original creators permission use commercially??
