Flash CS5.5 (upgrade) and Flash CS4 crashing when testing movie. (Mac)

okay, got dream job , of sudden, find have problem.  have flash cs4 (mac os), upgraded 5 , 5.5.  many years, no problems report.  well, mac using died, , replaced 2015 macbook pro.  loaded time machine.  no problems until 2 days ago....

 

running cs5.5, seemed work fine until did 1 of 2 things:  either tried test movie, or click "actions" tab type in stop(); in either case, 5.5 crash.  if scrupulously careful not try test movie, save files in either cs5.5 or cs4 format (latter required job), , not have problem; however, once did either of things, couldn't 5.5 work without turning off macbook (reset wasn't enough), , turning on again.

 

so, tried cs4.  wouldn't load!  got message saying there problem license.

 

found license fixing tool.  fixed license.  didn't help.

 

deleted cs4 , reinstalled it.  cs4 works, nominally, same problem--if try click on actions tab, or test movie, cs4 crashes.

 

i live that.  cs5.5 (which i'd rather use because of auto-save feature, , save down 4), won't load, updates applied.

 

i running new macbook pro next-to-latest os.  switching cs 6 (or whatever latest is) not option me because job requires cs4 format files, 6 apparently won't save.

 

i'd appreciate folks can give.   thanks!

using time-machine adobe programs can problematic.  if else fails, uninstall, clean per use adobe creative cloud cleaner tool solve installation problems , restart computer , reinstall.

Sizing images of multiple resolutions for print on a page of one resolution

this may basic photoshop question betrays lack of experience digital workspace, i'd know how lay out multiple images of varying resolutions on 300 ppi page intended print.   say have 3 images: 1 300 ppi, 3 x 4 inches,  4 x 5 inches, 900 ppi , third 4 x 5 inches, 600 ppi.   i've created single page 300 ppi, 8 x 10 inches. images fit, physical size. when drop 600 ppi , 900 ppi images page, blow twice , 3 times space, spoiling efforts lay them out. similarly, if cut ppi on higher-ppi images 300, blow well.   the possible option see might work resample/bicubic automatic. wouldn't reduce quality of image?   thanks! an image file single file no matter how many layers , images , image sizes  in there 1 resolution 1 resolution layers  , images have same resolution setting current resolution set document or file.   you can process image file , save out files have different resolution , different image size open image.  batch using photoshop  im...

i trying re-install adobe illustrator cs6 on new machine users old machine being retired. when enter serial no invalid message. i work ministry of transportation, ontario , purchased volume licensing. make things better, original person deployed doesn't work here anymore. have following if needed:   order number end user purchase number reseller purchase order number agreement number   please help chris for licencing issues have contact adobe support directly no 1 in forum can or here.
