User Issue when accessing site - IE having a problem making a connection.

problem pc accessing necsignature.echosign.com site.
once
she initiates sso echosign, redirected on echosign is
suppose internet explorer having problem making connection
for reason.

have @ adobe can @ issue figure out might
be going on?

please try clear cache , cookies internet explorer , try login link : sign in — e-signature , e-sign software solution — adobe document cloud
if still issue persists , try using different browser , check .
