Error while combining Excel files into a PDF

hello,

 

suddenly on multiple computers in our organization receive error when combining excel files , can't complete operation. if try convert single excel file works perfectly, combine features has issue.

 

we using adobe acrobat pro dc version 2015.006.30121 , if try search updates says it's latest version installed. office installed 2016 (office 365)

 

here screenshot altough in italian error says: acrobat doesn't support pdf conversion of 1 or more of files. remove files or switch settings , choose portfolio pdf.

obviously suggested portfolio pdf doesn't sort effect.

 

every excel file in windows marked upper left exclamation mark. excel files, created scratch test.

 

this big issue our organization effecting users, please or find way contact support?

current version of adobe acrobat pro dc version 2015.010.20060. depending on update preferences, may require full permissions systems admin implement updates of adobe products inside organization.

Sizing images of multiple resolutions for print on a page of one resolution

this may basic photoshop question betrays lack of experience digital workspace, i'd know how lay out multiple images of varying resolutions on 300 ppi page intended print.   say have 3 images: 1 300 ppi, 3 x 4 inches,  4 x 5 inches, 900 ppi , third 4 x 5 inches, 600 ppi.   i've created single page 300 ppi, 8 x 10 inches. images fit, physical size. when drop 600 ppi , 900 ppi images page, blow twice , 3 times space, spoiling efforts lay them out. similarly, if cut ppi on higher-ppi images 300, blow well.   the possible option see might work resample/bicubic automatic. wouldn't reduce quality of image?   thanks! an image file single file no matter how many layers , images , image sizes  in there 1 resolution 1 resolution layers  , images have same resolution setting current resolution set document or file.   you can process image file , save out files have different resolution , different image size open image.  batch using photoshop  im...

Illustrator cs6 "Invalid Serial Number"

i trying re-install adobe illustrator cs6 on new machine users old machine being retired. when enter serial no invalid message. i work ministry of transportation, ontario , purchased volume licensing. make things better, original person deployed doesn't work here anymore. have following if needed:   order number end user purchase number reseller purchase order number agreement number   please help chris for licencing issues have contact adobe support directly no 1 in forum can or here.
