DW CS3 can't connect with DW FTP ( OS X Yosemite)

i tried test connect via dw (cs3)'s internal ftp server has website dreamweaver quits. had done before. there problem running internal dw ftp app on os x yosemite ?

dreamweaver cs3 released in 2007. mac os x released in 2014. it's quite possible there incompatibilities, haven't heard of ftp causing dreamweaver quit.

 

i know running old version of dreamweaver on newer versions of os x involves installing older version of mac java runtime: download java os x 2015-001

Sizing images of multiple resolutions for print on a page of one resolution

this may basic photoshop question betrays lack of experience digital workspace, i'd know how lay out multiple images of varying resolutions on 300 ppi page intended print.   say have 3 images: 1 300 ppi, 3 x 4 inches,  4 x 5 inches, 900 ppi , third 4 x 5 inches, 600 ppi.   i've created single page 300 ppi, 8 x 10 inches. images fit, physical size. when drop 600 ppi , 900 ppi images page, blow twice , 3 times space, spoiling efforts lay them out. similarly, if cut ppi on higher-ppi images 300, blow well.   the possible option see might work resample/bicubic automatic. wouldn't reduce quality of image?   thanks! an image file single file no matter how many layers , images , image sizes  in there 1 resolution 1 resolution layers  , images have same resolution setting current resolution set document or file.   you can process image file , save out files have different resolution , different image size open image.  batch using photoshop  im...
